Ahhh! Vacations. They are meant to get you away from the office so you can clear your head for a while, hopefully take in some good scenery, and have some uplifting experiences that make good memories for the future.
By the time you read this, I will be on my vacation. This year, the family decided to visit Michigan. This is a bit odd for us as we usually head south somewhere to a beach or a big theme park somewhere in or around Orlando. Sorry Mickey! I’ve heard a lot of good things about Western Michigan as a good place to go and do some exploring.
My wife has rented a house for us during our stay which is situated between some “inland” lakes (assuming not being right on lake Michigan is considered inland). We are tentatively scheduled for an excursion on the sand dunes of western Michigan and a lazy river trip in some tubes on a local river. The rest is going to be plan it as we go. That’s just fine with me as I like my free time to actually be free to float around like a jellyfish without a care in the world. OK, I ‘m sounding too much like a Jimmy Buffett song.
Suffice it to say that I will be doing my best to recharge my batteries so I can come back refreshed and ready to help all you good folks out there with your applications.
Until then,
