EXAIR’S CAD Library

Published on December 19, 2024 by Jordan T ShouseLeave a comment

Have you ever been in the middle of a new design and found yourself in need of accurate 3D models of your vendor’s part so you can sort out how to interface their design with yours?  What is your first instinct?  Do you ask the vendor if they have models readily available?  Or do you just draw up your own model?

With EXAIR products, there is no need to go it alone and produce your own model. We have 3D models of just about every product we manufacture. For those models we do not have available through our website, a simple request through our Application Engineering department at techelp@exair.com is all that is needed to begin the process of getting what you need.

We are engineers here, so we know the benefit of popping a 3D model into your assembly to make sure it fits, and you are going to be able to plumb and mount it correctly. That is why we have taken the time to build out such a large offering when it comes to 3D and 2D files for 90% of our items.

Our 3D models and CAD drawings are available in over sixty native formats for each product. Registered users can simply log in and go to the EXAIR CAD Library to navigate to the right model. If you haven’t registered yet, do it now. If you have not taken advantage of our CAD Library, we encourage you to do so as well!

Have you ever been in the middle of a new design and found yourself in need of accurate 3D models of your vendor’s part so you can sort out how to interface their design with yours?  What is your first instinct?  Do you ask the vendor if they have the models readily available?  Or do you just draw up your own model?

For those models we do not have available through our web site, a simple request through our Application Engineering department at techelp@exair.com is all that is needed to begin the process of getting what you need.

Our 3D models are available in .SAT and .STP formats for 3D modeling of the product. Registered users can simply log in and go to the EXAIR CAD Library to navigate to the right model. We also have 2D CAD drawings in .DWG format and as a PDF file from the same location on our website.
