Most of what I read in the news is down in the mouth about 2009. We here at EXAIR are excited about our accomplishments in 2009.
- For the 11th consecutive year, we shipped 99.9% ontime.
- We improved our manufacturing process to reduce lead times for specials down from two weeks to one week. Standard product ship within 1 business day.
- We introduced 400 new products. Our focus is to provide products that reduce the use of compressed air.
- We added new venues to reach out to our customers like online chat, twitter, and Facebook. Our efforts are to provide communications most convenient to our customers.
It has been a busy year for us. There was no gloom and gloom talk here; only how can we better serve our customers.
Being the “senior” employee, keeping up with the technology has been challenging but well worth it. I’ve worked for fortune 500 companies before joining EXAIR. In all those years I worked for them, I never experienced the level of teamwork nor customer focus that I have here at EXAIR. I like that.
