…I just can’t remember it all at once. This is one of my more tired old jokes; ask anyone who has to (or, as I consider it, “gets to”) spend any amount of time around me at all. Of course, I’ve found more truth in the words of the grade school librarian who taught my class how to use the Dewey Decimal System:
“You don’t have to know everything. You just have to know where – and how – to look.”
Growing up in the 1970’s, the library’s books were the main source of any information we might be looking for, and the Dewey Decimal System was our “search engine.” In the Digital Age of the 21st Century, though, we’re more likely to look it up on the internet, seeing as you’re reading this on a device that’s capable of doing just that, right now. And it might even be your phone.
EXAIR Application Engineers are pretty proud of not only the amount of knowledge we individually possess, but how much is available to us collectively. It’s rare for a week to go by that one of us doesn’t end up in the Efficiency Lab, testing a particular product because a question has come up, either from a customer, or internally. Oftentimes, this data will be available publicly, either in the form of a daily blog, a new entry to our Application Database, or a Case Study. Sometimes, we even find out something that we can add to our ever-growing list of answers to one of our Frequently Asked Questions.
Of course, you can read our blogs anytime (thanks for reading this one, by the way,) and if you’re a registered user, you can have complete access to our Knowledge Base: Applications, Case Studies, etc. The FAQ’s are accessible to anyone, anytime.
If you’re still not finding what you’re looking for, give us a call. You never know when your question could lead to a new FAQ answer, Application Database entry, blog, or even a Case Study. Which, by the way, can net you a nice discount or credit on your order…ask me how.
